Oral presentations – on site presenters

A PC laptop, LCD projector, and speaker remote will be available for presentations during the oral sessions. In order to facilitate a smooth transition between speakers, all presentations will be preloaded and tested in advance. To aid the preloading process, create a folder on your flash drive called “EnVision2020” and place your PowerPoint presentation in that folder. Please include your last name in the naming of your presentation file.

Oral presentations – remote presenters

We expect using the Zoom application for remote presenters, as well as for screen sharing with remote attendees. Instructions for remote presentation & live streaming options will be sent to registered participants after Registration Deadline. An IT test will be performed with remote presenters on Tue 11 Feb 6:00-6:30p Central European Time (UTC+1) 12:00-12:30p Eastern Standard time (UTC-5).

Poster presentations

Poster Location : Salle de l’Espace, CNES Headquarters

Poster Setup : Posters can be hung at anytime during the conference, prior to your relevant poster session. We encourage you to put up your poster in the morning so that they can be viewed during breaks throughout the day in addition to the dedicated poster sessions.

Poster size : There are few posters so there are no strict recommendations.
The SOC recommends A0 standard format 84.1 cm (width) x 118.9 cm (height) or 33.11″ (width) x 46.81″ (height), but other usual international conference formats for posters (110 cm × 110 cm or 44″ × 44″) will be accepted as well.
