21 April 01:00-02:45 UT: Microwave burst followed by a type IV burst 2GHz-200 MHz (Hiraiso). 01:30 UT: onset of a type II burst (WIND/Waves 01:30-24:00 UT, 10000-60 kHz). This event is associated with an Halo CME  (CMEH16 01:27 UT (V 2393, 2388, 2391 km/s).
