This page is dedicated to all the actions tailored to fuel scientific interaction between the members of the AIPS and beyond. The main animation actions will be the organisation of workshops focused on a clearly defined topic (Numerical codes in stellar physics, laboratory astrophysics, exploitation of Gaia, etc…). They will be built around the Observatory’s teams, while remaining open to external guests. They should rely as much as possible on the Jules Janssen Conference Centre. These workshops (2 to 3 per year) should be complemented by more regular actions that will allow the actors to meet and interact as often as possible. Seminars on subjects at the interface of the teams will be organised around speakers mainly external to the institution.
