{"id":272,"date":"2018-02-22T12:40:39","date_gmt":"2018-02-22T11:40:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.lesia.obspm.fr\/thibault-cavalie\/?page_id=272"},"modified":"2018-09-28T11:35:12","modified_gmt":"2018-09-28T09:35:12","slug":"home","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.lesia.obspm.fr\/thibault-cavalie\/en\/home\/","title":{"rendered":"Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Welcome on my personal webpage !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I am currently working as Research Scientist for the CNRS at the LAB institute (Laboratoire d&#8217;Astrophysique de Bordeaux) and I am also affiliated to the LESIA institute (Laboratoire d&#8217;Etudes Spatiales et d&#8217;Instrumentation en Astrophysique) of the Paris Observatory.<\/p>\n<p>I am working on the preparation of the European Space Agency JUICE mission (Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer) as &#8220;Jupiter&#8221; Working Group co-lead. I am also co-I of the Submillimetre Wave Instrument (SWI) of this mission.<\/p>\n<p>My research focuses on the study of planetary atmospheres, especially those of the Solar System giant planets, by means of (sub-)millimeter observations.
