These catalogs are available through the <a href=\"https:\/\/vizier.cds.unistra.fr\/viz-bin\/VizieR?-source=J\/A+A\/657\/A7\">VizieR service of the Centre de Donn\u00e9es Astronomiques de Strasbourg (CDS)<\/a>, where they can be accessed using e.g., the <a href=\"https:\/\/astroquery.readthedocs.io\/en\/latest\/\">Astroquery<\/a> python library that is part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.astropy.org\">Astropy<\/a> library.
