As individuals, more than 130 members joined the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Nanosats in its first year, demonstrating a clear interest in and a need for a common body to promote scientific nanosatellites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:120px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-nv-c-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-bbdb715b550b74b02528d0158690a32a\">Space centers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.lesia.obspm.fr\/federation-nanosats\/files\/2024\/08\/Logo_centre-spatial_Census.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:94px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Based at the Observatoire de Paris-PSL, the Centre pour les nanosatellites en sciences de l\u2019Universe (CENSUS) is the space centre of the Universit\u00e9 Paris Sciences Lettres (PSL) and a centre of expertise of the Observatoire de Paris-PSL. As such, it supports all the nanosatellite projects of the laboratories of all the PSL establishments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" In particular, it aims to improve knowledge of the solar system and its exploration, and carries out research directly necessary to its public service mission.
