Postdoctoral position PSL Science and New space chair at CENSUS, Meudon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Created in 2025, hosted by the\u00a0Acad\u00e9mie Spatiale d\u2019\u00cele-de-France\u00a0at the\u00a0CENSUS space center, the Science and New Space Chair of PSL develops the activities of CENSUS, in connection with the space research projects carried out at the Paris Observatory – PSL. As part of this chair, the Paris Observatory offers a junior \/ senior postdoctoral position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The selected candidate will strengthen the CENSUS project team led by Boris Segret, technical director of CENSUS. She\/He will participate in the development of the space lab, its actions and projects, more particularly for the progress in the maturation of projects and their implementation phase; will develop specific tools for the cluster, such as the DOCKS software suite or the test facilities; will supervise trainees and participate in training activities of the Space Academy; will interact with the PSL Fablab network, with the sector’s competitiveness cluster; will interact with New Space stakeholders and the Space Academy’s industrial partners; will participate in the development of the economic model for scientific space activities within the framework of NewSpace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
