n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019\u00e9tudier leur environnement circumstellaire. L\u2019observation par la spectropolarim\u00e9trie UV, qui est un domaine en voie de d\u00e9veloppement, est tr\u00e8s prometteuse puisqu\u2019\u00e0 partir de ses spectres UV polaris\u00e9s, la communaut\u00e9 scientifique pourra \u00e9tudier notamment les magn\u00e9tosph\u00e8res et les vents stellaires de plusieurs types d\u2019\u00e9toiles et ainsi mieux comprendre le r\u00f4le de divers processus physiques tels que le magn\u00e9tisme ou la perte de masse par exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CASSTOR est un projet de nanosatellite jouant le r\u00f4le de d\u00e9monstrateur technologique et scientifique pour la spectropolarim\u00e9trie UV \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution sur un grand domaine de longueurs d\u2019onde. Pour ce faire, il embarque \u00e0 son bord un t\u00e9lescope de 12 cm et un spectropolarim\u00e8tre couvrant un domaine spectral UV de 135 \u00e0 291 nm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les objectifs de CASSTOR sont de d\u00e9montrer la maturit\u00e9 dans les conditions spatiales de la technologie polarim\u00e9trique UV propos\u00e9e et la faisabilit\u00e9 de la science avec un spectropolarim\u00e8tre UV \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution sur un grand domaine spectral. Ce projet exploratoire est d\u2019autant plus important que ce type de spectropolarim\u00e8tre est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9vu sur plusieurs grandes missions spatiales de l\u2019ESA et de la NASA, telles que Pollux \u00e0 bord de Habitable Worlds Observatory (HWO).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de produire les toutes premi\u00e8res mesures spectropolarim\u00e9triques UV d\u2019\u00e9toiles, CASSTOR observera des \u00e9toiles chaudes tr\u00e8s brillantes. En particulier, il \u00e9tudiera le champ magn\u00e9tique dans les environnements circumstellaires des \u00e9toiles Ap\/Bp, l\u2019environnement des \u00e9toiles Wolf-Rayet, les disques circumstellaires des \u00e9toiles Be y compris les \u00e9toiles gamma Cas, et l\u2019inhomog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des vents dans les \u00e9toiles superg\u00e9antes bleues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:120px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-nv-c-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4551a9d590f82462be3ff154b991bb7a\">Partenaires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le LESIA est principal investigateur (PI) de la mission, responsable du design optique et thermo-m\u00e9canique de la charge utile, ainsi que du syst\u00e8me de guidage fin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CENSUS apporte une aide sur le profil de mission, le choix de l\u2019orbite, et l\u2019optimisation via l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie syst\u00e8me bas\u00e9e sur les mod\u00e8les (MBSE, de l\u2019anglais&nbsp;<em>Model-based System Engineering<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le Plateau d\u2019architecture des syst\u00e8mes orbitaux (PASO) du CNES apporte son expertise notamment sur le syst\u00e8me de commande d\u2019attitude et d\u2019orbite (AOCS, de l\u2019anglais&nbsp;<em>Attitude and Orbit Control System<\/em>), sur le choix de la plateforme et sur l\u2019estimation des co\u00fbts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le Laboratoire d\u2019astrophysique de Marseille participera aux tests sous vide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:120px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Description Pour comprendre la formation et l\u2019\u00e9volution des \u00e9toiles, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019\u00e9tudier leur environnement circumstellaire.
